The Ultimate Chocolate Fondant!

90g unsalted butter
90g dark chocolate
90g caster sugar
40g plain flour
The How To Bit!
Melt the Chocolate and Butter over a Bain -Marie. In a separate bowl beat the Eggs and Sugar. Once combined, add in the cooled Chocolate and Butter mix and blend well. Now add in the Flour and fold in until it is well combined.
Place this mixture in a piping bag and chill in the fridge for about an hour.
Pre -heat the oven at 180 degrees, pipe the cooled mixture into ramekins or well greased and coco lined rings and bake for 10-12 minutes.
Rest the fondants once removed from the oven and carefully cut them out or serve directly out of the ramekins!
